Apartment Complex Hurricane

This apartment complex was devastated during Hurricane Ike in September 2008. After the apartment owner was offered what he deemed to be an insufficient amount for the damages, he called a friend who recommended PLA’s services. We were referred as a result of similar work we did following Hurricanes Rita in Louisiana and Katrina in Mississippi.

We were successful in expanding the scope of the loss to include fences, carports, roofs, exterior brick walls, and additional interior damage. The net result was a payment 11 times greater than the initial offer from the insurance company. This is the largest percentage increase PLA has achieved for a client thus far over an initial offer.
