We can never stress enough how important it is to contact us immediately upon discovering a disaster. In this instance, we were able to respond to this loss immediately. We photographed and documented the frozen basement before the ice melted, preserving the evidence of the loss. We were able to prove to the insurance company the extent of the damage and clearly illustrate that the oil burner and the controls needed to be replaced.
